Christine’s direct and focused approach to practicing law allows her to quickly isolate the essential issues of a case, while keeping her eye on the big picture.

Christine’s practice spans a broad range of property, personal injury (representing both plaintiffs and defendants), transportation, environmental, fraud and insurance-related matters.  Christine acts for insurers in large, complex subrogation and recovery actions.  She has developed a specialty in resolving and litigating difficult coverage disputes involving commercial general liability, builder’s risk, wrap-up liability, environmental liability, automobile liability and homeowner’s policies of insurance.  She has argued contested motions, participated in complex multi-party mediations and pre-trials and has been involved with various coverage applications, injunctions, class-actions, trials and an appeal.  She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.

Christine graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Juris Doctor in 2011 and was called to the bar in 2012.  Before attending law school, Christine obtained a Bachelor of Science, Honours Specialization in Kinesiology in 2008. She competed regionally, nationally and internationally for 19 years in Irish Dancing, placing second at the Canadian Championships in her final year. When Christine is not practicing law, she coaches dancers aged 3 to 18 proving intelligence and fitness are a fine combination.
